That's right. A 32 minute loan really. The first loan I can recall. Then there was Terry Curran later on in the same season I think. Is that Glenn Keeley? The famous, or should it be infamous, 1 game loan from Blackburn in the autumn of '82!
I think Glenn Keely was our first loan.Terry Curran was a loan.
Thats harsh. Fair but harsh. No, every summer that poster pretends to have contacts and just winds everybody up with his annoying lies.
Dont fall for it.
I dunno, we took a broken down Norman Whiteside from them in 1989. That was before Kenwright started pretending he was a blue. When did it start? After we sold Rooney I think? Maybe there was some kind of arrangement BK and Moyes made with Utd at the time. We let them have Rooney for a decent price and they'll send their rejects our way
Not that I watch these guys in any detail but both seem similar at ball winning/doing defensive stuff but O'brien seems to hit a lot of decent long balls whereas Greaves seems to carry the ball up field at his feet more. Both look great potential for Prem. Not the first time there have been rumors about that in recent months, so Im inclined to believe theres some fire behind that smoke. No idea whos a better option between him and Greaves, I just know we need to bring in a future starting CB.

Walter Smith with the Moyes recommendation.Think it was just ferguson was always looking out for moyes.
I remember hearing a while back that ferguson recommended moyes to kenwright for the job in the first place (but i have no way to verify that like)
Yeah, Curran was almost straight after him, he ran Luton ragged in a 5-0 pre Christmas hammering. That's right. A 32 minute loan really. The first loan I can recall. Then there was Terry Curran later on in the same season I think.
