When did loans become a thing?

Who can remember the first ever loan? Cos loans havent been around forever, right? Maybe its my memory, but I dont recall loans in like the 80s for example? Maybe im wrong.

Good question , seems to have been regulated since 1966.

Haven't got a clue mate. I've just read a couple of articles where he's been mentioned.
