If PSG come in for him then yes, I'd expect a high bid. Also, they have a number of players to include in a potential deal. They typically overhaul a few positions each season or bring in support so one or two opportunities.
In France, Wahi (who we were previously linked with) at Lens could be a good DCL replacement, Doue at Rennes for left wing and Cherki at Lyon woule be ace in attacking midfield.

I think Everton should look at this Callum Doyle, currently at Man City is 20 and went on loan to Leicester last season.

As I say. I’m putting all that aside and giving him a chance to see what he can do.
Spearheading an underorganised bunch of crap misfit attackers against a well-oiled professional defence will give us a good impression of how he could perform for Everton.

Hayden Hackney looks like another good option, playing well for Middlesbrough and is playing for England U21's and linked to Spurs/West Ham and only should cost £12-15m. Then we get Phillips on loan as Gomes replacement that would be good business for me.
He’s in the Belgium team and was excellent v England. No body is looking good in a dyche midfield,if the remit is just to run and try and pressure the opposition
