Slow? So many instances in videos of him winning the ball in the centre of the pitch and then driving through central midfield leaving 2,3,4 players in his wake. Doesn't appear slow, unless of course he's been playing in the over 50s league. A slow central midfielder would be Gomes or Sigurdsson and he couldn't appear more different to them.

Nah, he struggled up in the SPL. Ramsey is a player who looked to have everything when at Cardiff but when he went to Arsenal I think Wengers over complex training methods had an impact on him and he ended up with all the injury issues and has never grown into the player he should have been.

Ramsey has been a fine player. He did great at arsenal and got a move to Juve.

Ammortisation: 4.70

Annual Cost: 10.50

Book price: 9.4 mill

So if we sold him for 8 mill, we mae a 1.4mill loss on fee, but save 21 mill in costs over the next two years.
