I think buying players that are deemed flops is a better model than buying players for 30 odd mil have have just came of the back of a decent season in a championship

It’s very hard to tell. We have been linked with every Chelsea player that’s not in their first team. I guess time will tell. With Gilmour he didn’t do well at Norwich, but maybe that was down to their style of play. When he played in Lampards Chelsea team he often played as a holding midfielder, when they played a 4231 formation, which is what we need.
He’s left Chelsea’s preseason tour and returned to the UK with Broja, Anjorin and Vale. So there is speculation he’s in the move

And this is a club which is supposedly worth 500 mil?

This is a team already bracing itself for another relegation battle

Ahh come on mate, we cant have it both ways, slagging off the club for overspending on crap, then slagging off the club because our best attacking players only cost pennies? Surely that is as good a thing as spending £500 million on crap is a bad thing. Kane cost Spurs pennies, that is a good thing, DCL cost us pennies, also good?
