I would definitely take a chance on Diaz. 23 years old, 22 goals last season, already scored 2 this season and only 1 injury in his full history. Some people might be concerned about a step up from the championship but lets be brutally honest, we are only just Premier League quality ourselves and were probably worse than Blackburn last season. Good chance he would fit right in and slot a few goals for us.

Ashley kept the books incredibly well balanced through being frugal so they have some room to spend hefty without violating ffp

BBC says Adama Traore from Wolves is available. He’d be a great Gordon replacement and still have money left over to spend on other positions.

Hector Bellerin is also supposedly moving and we should consider him as well as, we really need competition at RB.

A winger who is bulky and rapid, but blessed with a pair of canal boats for feet. As someone else pointed out, he's better suited to rugby because he genuinely can't kick a ball with any accuracy or consistency.

It’d be more end product than either Gordon or gray which isn’t hard. I think he’s very good. He’s not a 20 goal winger. But he could get 10.
