Maupay hardly been linked last few weeks. Just shows how little so-called ITKs on twitter know...providing toffeenut is on the money once again.
Maupay is one that's been linked before and now only has a year left on his contract; a better player than Broja anyway, definitely one I'd hope we're keeping tabs on
Is toffee nut out bobbling the bobble?
I’d like to think this is part of the overhaul of our player development process.
I hope he washes his hands before postingI wonder if Tofeenut does the finger up the bum part of the medical?
If all is well down there, he gets his phone out and posts on here at the same time.
Maupay seems an odd choice to me, doesn't really fit as a replacement target man when Dom is out and unlike Diaz he doesn't really have a possible alternative role in the side when Dom is fit- unless it's 352. It does sound like they are valuing PL experience over Diaz's versatility though.
To be fair signing players who’ve been through both of those clubs is kind of the opposite of doing business like they do, but I’m still very much onboard with this deal at the right price.Everyone saying we should conduct our transfer business like Brentford and Brighton and yet still complain when we get someone who both clubs signed...
He's reasonable squad depth and decent enough so, if the price is reasonable, I don't hate it.
Why would he be the straw that breaks the camels back?Maupay could be the straw that breaks the camels back. I could see Frank walking after the transfer window depending upon any other signings
