Today's Times is saying that Crystal Palace have bid £27m for Gallagher. I've got a tub of Saxa here for the endless pinches of salt required.

We really do need to look at accepting an offer for Gordon if we aren't going to adequately improve other areas. He will not be anywhere near good enough to keep us up this year, but the fee could be used to buy some who will be.
