Be silly for him to say otherwise. If he came out and said he desperately needs another forward then any player will get a few million added to their price, a few million that we may not be able to spend.

He wasn’t asked if he was desperate, he brought the word up.

He probably thinks DCL, Maupay and Rondon isn’t the end of the world. Basically swapping out Dele for Maupay.

Personally, I think we definitely need one more striker

Can see a glut of players going out on loan, suspect the lack of substitutions is more a message to those players to take the loan than the board.
