Just don’t get the idea that he ‘clearly’ improves our starting 11. Im not saying he doesn’t improve it, but I certainly don’t think it’s clear. I feel like people are talking about a different bloke to the one who’s leaving a relegated team on a free and seemingly has a choice of 3 bottom half teams to move to.

I think he does, but it probably says more about our centre backs than Tarkowski.

I'm a big fan if Mina, when fit, hes the best by far, and I'm not sure hes that good either.

I’m more worried about the fact he’s completely crap apart from the first couple of months of a loan spell a year and a half ago.

We’d be taking an absolute flyer he recreates the form of that fluke spell as opposed to the form of the rest of his career, and - as usual - completely unable to shift him on if wrong due to prohibitive wages.

Are they mates though? Always find it a bit mad when people say stuff like that just because people are from the same country, like I’m best mates with everyone from England.

But moving to a new country would surely help the transition if you had a fellow compatriot ? Find "mad" you think otherwise.
