But you said yourself it's already complete, so we're on with it, so why so bothered?

It really feels to me that the problem with both our DOFs was more the level of ability to do what they wanted that was granted and not so much that they were utterly terrible at it.

No I wouldn't say that. We had a better squad a few years back when we finished higher. The squad hasn't been improved since we sold Lukaku.
