To be fair, i wrote in the initial post that i was giving an example of what Moshiri should be doing -- if he was serious about us competing at the top -- also i mentioned Arsenal and Usmanov.

They dont need to be those players...or even english.

Ive never said ive not seen one of them play...ive seen ALL of them play but not seen White, Rice, Bellingham or Phillips much.

Buying 20m players is not gonna get us anywhere. We need 50-60m players to start and build each window so we end up with top class across the whole team. We have built up a number of average players by not paying for top quality.

As for Benitez, ive never seen him play, but we REALLY need to sign him.
