Yeh, I’ve been chatting to mates with employees about this. At the moment staff are not at risk of disciplinary action if they aren’t vaxxed, but… the gov have been eluding to it
If your job requires you to vax and you refuse… who pays your wage?

No idea but to suddenly introduce a law that essentially co-oerces you into having to have a vaccine before being allowed to go back to work will take some time and would have a lot of opposition I should think. I guess in new employees you can make it part of their contract. I dunno mate was just listening to some lawyers on the radio the other day. Not my area of expertise at all

Maybe but desperate times call for desperate measures. Laws can be brought in and/or overturned easily enough. There is also an option for many jobs to continue working from home. Football player isn't one of those.

I don't think it's that easy to bring in this type of law from the discussions on the radio but who knows. There's quite big human rights implications I believe. But as i said I have no idea on this sort of thing

Don't know how but the yanks have a number of companies making vaccination a pre-requisite for returning to the work place. In fact CNN have sacked three employees for turning up to the office unvaccinated. So it can be done.
