The bit I'm unsure about, and the bit that isn't mentioned in the article, is why PSV would accept a loan offer for a valuable asset.

It makes no sense to me, unless there is a guaranteed fee next year.

That's my thinking. Get him in on a loan fee, try and offload a few more players then hopefully in a better place next season
