The addition of Nutbush probably crimps any further spending this window, so a loan arrangement for DeeCee makes sense.
NOT making sense to me is the continued rumours around Roscoe’s returning: unless Bethany Jo has poured oil on the stormy relationship waters about her and her gangsta son (and the latter’s subsequent abrogation of the fatwa), it is just too dangerous for Roscoe to be on Merseyside. Maybe a compromise has been achieved and Runcorn is seen as being acceptable residence; we all now know that BJ buys her zippered leather knickers from a specialist store in that locale, so Runcorn might suit her...but we also know Roscoe likes to get on the rantan and I would question Runcorn’s capacity to regularly provide him that avenue.
Time will tell, I guess...
