They are well run top to bottom. Are savvy in the market recruiting what they need in each position to fit their managers football identity. They choose players on their way up who are mobile enough for this league and with room and age to develop. Sell them on and have the next one lined up. They are a model we are a mess, scatter gun recruitment, chopping and changing managers, buying the wrong type of player.

I have no particular love for Leicester but there's nothing wrong with recognising a well run club.
For years we used to beat teams with Moyes and have fans of other clubs talk about how they wished they had our organisation and success with transfers.

Leicester also buy good young players (Maddison, Fofana, Soyuncu, Tielemans, Ndidi, Iheanacho, now Daka and Soumare), supplement with their own talent (Chilwell, Barnes) and let them express themselves alongside the experience of Vardy Evans, Schmeichel and Albrighton. We buy a young talent like Kean and if he hasn't bagged a hat-trick after 10mins, we consign him to the dustbin and disrespect our experience like Coleman.
Godfrey, Pickford and Richarlison aside, we have bought way too old in the last 5 years. We need some early twemties, energetic and hungry players. Our best players Dom, Richarlison and Godfrey fit this bill. Last time we had the right blend, we had Lukaku, Barkley, Stones and Delofeu alongside Jags, Howard, Barry and Osman and finished 5th.
It's not rocket science.
