I noticed the commentator on the city/Spurs game. When that Argentina defender came on. That it was a loan, with an obligation for 40 something mil deal next summer. Spurs also did this with Lo celso. Why can’t we do these types of deals.

Best we can hope for is Delph loan to Norwich or something and Tosun won't be going anywhere until at least Jan (6 month loan at best)
