It would also be nice to know soon if we can expect to have a certain attacking midfielder that must not be named available to us at any point this campaign, regardless of whether any of us think he's worth playing, if we need to replace him.

Unfortunately it will not be 100 millions...they will be starting very low for sure, maybe 60 millions plus which is nowhere near enough especially at this stage of the window...they will make their best to unsettle the player and push him to agitate for a move...eventually because we are "nice", we'll give up and sell him for 75 millions with addons and pay 40 millions plus for mcneil...

I dont think we'll get the huge offer we would require so he will stay 1 more season

I absolutely would not trust the club to reinvest wisely though. Imagine the chaos if we had 100m to spend but only 2 days to spend it and every selling club knew we had 100m. It would end up being a total catastrophe.
