I can think of 20 plus strikers in the Premier League to sign before Maupay....... Like a poster said earlier he was one of the biggest reasons Brighton had the worst conversion rate in the PL, he isnt suddenly now world beater because he has scored 1 against Burnley and 1 against Watford!!!!

Jarg hopefully, the club should be looking at better players on the continent for less money than Maupay.

If a salary cap is introduced we could be in an even worse situation than under FFP depending upon which system they go for. I saw a report last year showing we had the highest wages to turnover ratio in the Premier League and also the largest losses. I think we will be screwed whichever system is introduced.

A few will turn their nose up because he plays for Brighton.

For the right price, I'd be very happy signing him.

It's unlikely the price will be right, and it's unlikely Sky Sports have a clue.

I think we have came to terms that anyone with atleast 1 leg can score against us. Not a chance we get Maupay for anything less than 20 mill aswell

By double figures you mean 10? And are you sure he can play multiple positions? So much of this post confuses me, I’ll be honest. Everyone was pointing to Brighton’s xG and saying if they had a half decent striker they’d be in the top 6 not long back. Doesn’t sound like a player that’s “doing well” really considering he was their only out and out striker and played basically every game.

Awful aren’t they. Can tell they both even dislike each other too. When one of them goes against the other you can see them fuming and looking like they’re going to burst into tears.
