I would take him to be honest, Palace have every right to demand whatever they want though, time left on his contract and a handy 11 goals last season. But why would he come here now? After achieving the dizzying heights of tenth and the high potential of getting a jarg manager in

He had 11 goals because he played up top a lot. I know Whittle says otherwise but I know what I saw and a lot of sites say similar. On the wing full time we aren't getting that.

True - I’d love to move Richarlison back to the left though, he’s dropped off as a striker imo and is now in position limbo. Needs to not sulk and get back to putting up the numbers

He's got serious flaws in his game on the left. The system has to suite him for that to work as well.

Exactly, position limbo. Flaws in both areas and needing to nail it down somewhere. So long as DLC is putting away 20 a season, he is the first choice striker, we can’t keep playing 2 strikers to accommodate when it kills the midfield (even more)

It is tough because he's clearly one of our better players but also really hard to find a balance with. The new manager will have a real challenge getting him right.

Couldn’t agree more with that - you just know he wants off too which makes it even harder
