I can only go off last window. Allan is fine but not good business. James is whatever because he's free, he'd be great if he stayed healthy but he won't. Doucoure is crap but hopefully a new manager will help him find a way to be useful more frequently. That is also not good business. We didn't need to do that again.

I doubt we would maybe partly why he left. Doucoure is a good player.

An indicator that he’s still an in demand player and not nearly as crap as some make out. Palace are still gona need a whole new midfield tho. I think they’d take the likes of Sigurdsson and Iwobi, maybe even Gomes, on loan for sure!

Doucoure is the next Sigurdsson, a bad player who hangs on because he does one specific thing everyone is convinced we need while not bothering with all the other things we need his position to do.

Jesus man he is literally the only one with legs and physicality in our midfield. He could be better on the ball and distribution but he is a positive for me... Many other players I'd look to move on before him... Also he wasn't a huge fee and if I remember he only had a three year contract comparing him to Sig is laughable when Gomes is there.

This is exactly what I'm saying. He'll hold on because of this while giving us basically nothing else.

I think cashing in would be best for both parties. Gives us some money at the start of the window. Hopefully Madrid gave us a few quid for ancelotti and get his and his teams wages off the payroll will also be a big help. A decent start to the summer.

The problem is, unless the new manager wants 2 strikers. And him, DCL & Richarlison can fight fir the 2 places. He’s most likely back in the bench. I’d rather us the money. To getting a better attacking option.

Maybe someone who can play 2 or all 3 positions across the front
