There’s some good players in the bottom half of the PL teams.

There isn't though, there's a lot of average players that are made to look better because the standard of the rest is so low

I can only go off last window. Allan is fine but not good business. James is whatever because he's free, he'd be great if he stayed healthy but he won't. Doucoure is crap but hopefully a new manager will help him find a way to be useful more frequently. That is also not good business. We didn't need to do that again.

No, I think they are trying to run Keans contract down, hopefully we sell him, probably back to Juve if PSG are not interested.

Hard to say whether or not he's got substance or it is all flash. There is a lot of flash tbf.
