Yes let's argue over nicknames much more fun
I don't myself but of things I am going to get annoyed online about, this is near the bottom.Just weird for grown men to call Man Utd ‘manure’. But whatever.
Since we let King go I wouldn't be opposed to bringing in Steven Naismith just for 1 season as cover. Cheap option while we push the funds to other areas.
Can honestly say I've never heard of him. What position does he play , is he any good and one for the local fans how will we get a work permit if he hasn't played for Brazil?Brands all over this. Nuno's just helpful for the language barrier
We are no longer in the EUPortuguese passport apparently

By all accounts he's a great guy on and off the pitch. That's what we're all about at everton so would be a good example for the likes of DCL and Simms. Please god, no!
Ah yeah that nonsense! No idea thenWe still need a work permit though right? Brexit and everything?
Food of the Gods.Ribs and peas soup mate and you ?
How would him being younger than 27 or 28 make him harder to move on?
The opposite would be true. You know this.
Zat likes them young and flexible
Valid rule.
I'd counter the application of it in this instance by pointing out that the same player (Philips) just had an excellent season in the Prem.
Buy him. Now.
I reckon he's going to go somewhere this window for some big money.
He's a great player, and he's going to get the chance to advertise that this tournament, just as he did yesterday.
He could flop if he was 19, he could flop if he was 29, past that, I could give a rats about sell on fee. Fabio Silva was atrocious last season and I can’t see many clubs banging on the door with 30mil ready to go. It’s not so cut and dry, 23/24 is a good age to buy, should be physically matured but still a lot of years left
I
take this point. It’s just like Iwobi. Squad player at Arsenal and failed at Everton.
Too old to sell on potential.
Its £15 million mate, and I think at that fee he is very much worth that risk.
You want Kamara from Marseille, Marcel will give you Kamara from Rangers!!
and it's something even i could do myself.Food of the Gods.
Sorry, but that's a nonsense. The trajectory would be downward while the end of his career was approaching. A younger player has more time to grow at best, and more time to remain at a level at worst. At 27/28 there would be a history of performance we would be buying him on.
So if he flopped then people would still remember those performances and may be happy to take him off us in the hope that he would deliver as he had previously done.
