That looks like him to be honest. Just one photo he is smart and the other he's a lot more casual. Don't know how much time has passed between both photos either.

I looked at the two photos for a few minutes trying to decide if it was him or not so they do look pretty similar. Could easily be him, he was in that room with Unsworth and Elstone so it would make sense if it was him.
