We do need a proper CDM to be fair, not sure if Wanyama would of cut it, he seams like a mercenary happy to sit on bench of spurs for money.

You never know money talks. If not either of those I'd say the profile for one our 3 strikers will be a talented technical promising young striker, most likely from Europe as you get value and English teams are generally richer than everyone bar the elite continental teams.

When on form, he's a great player. And it's got nothing to do with 'sitting on the bench' either - he's moving to a club in the CL. That means he'll get plenty of game time.

Plus it's a London club, plus higher wages. Makes total sense.
