because mate, Zenit are owned by Gazprom and have absolutely no need to sell players, seems they are sellign Hulk and Witsel now becaue their entering the last year of both their contracts, combined with the fact the lack of investment from the rest of the teams in the league mean they don't quite need to pump money into Zenit to have it competing for the CL spots now
