He knows stuff. He also doesn't know - or isn't sure about - other stuff.

Sometimes he's right, and sometimes he isn't.

Either take him at face value, or don't.

Name one reliable journo who has confirmed that Mata is coming to Everton. He isn't.

Esk hasn't got anything right apart from Koeman who everyone knew was happening anyway because every paper in the land was reporting it.

You're all hanging onto his Mata and Witsel claims like giddy children.

When Mata doesn't happen and IF Witsel doesn't happen, there's got to be questions asked surely?

In regards to Koeman, you suggest that he suggested it after the papers got hold. Esk stated Koeman was most likely before Martinez was binned. If you're going to criticise, Koeman is not the subject to do it about.

I don't expect a signing today, and I'm surprised Esk has said so. Transfers - and embargoes in general - don't work that way. Things can be delayed literally a minute before they're due to go out.

So just out of curiosity.. Has anyone actually considered that Esk is also making up that he has these sources? I can't believe that people just take everything he says as gospel.

It is fake ITK 101. Make up information based on media reports. Say you have sources. Post ambiguous things (i.e. we will make a signing on Friday but not mentioning which signing). Blame the sources when those things don't come off.

One day everyone will realise that the guy has been having you on all along. If he was posting negative ITK details you wouldn't believe a word of it.

Oh and by the way, I have two sources that confirmed Esk is full of [Poor language removed] but for confidentially reasons I can't tell you what those sources are. If it turns out that he is telling the truth, the information sourced must have been wrong, so don't blame me. I just pass on what I receive.

he's a mod you absolute doughnut. You think a moderator of an everton forum would make up stories to wind up fellow evertonians on a site where he has a large role.
