Its time to start the healing process.

It's been 17 days and we're all still waiting. Waiting for someone to come. But what if they don't? We have to stop waiting. We need to start figuring things out.

Mata died this morning just playing for United and Esk tried to save him, and now you're about to crucify him? We can't do this. Every man for himself is not going to work.

It's time to start organizing. We need to figure out how we're going to survive here. Now, I found Kostic. Fresh Kostic up in the bundersliga. I'll take a group in at first light. If you don't want to go, then find another way to contribute. Last week most of us were strangers. But we're all here now. And God knows how long we're going to be here.

But if we can't live together, we're going to die alone.

We've all got to be realistic in this transfer window, so I don't mind doing my bit, and taking a small crew to go and get Shane Long.

We seem to be up to acceptance 'team is fine as it is , only really going to sign cheaper players, we will make do'

I suspect we need more than that. We have a very poor midfield. We have no creative play maker. Stones is going. We have no backup striker or backup RB.

I wouldn't want to start a season with any of the kids as our only cover. It would be really unfair to them if they were forced to play every week.

Our first 11 is probably around 8th or so in the league but our squad is very weak.
