As we all would, but Barkley cant play every single minute, theres times when he will be injured, tired or out of form.

i want to see him running from deep anyway. he can't really play through balls to be the playmaker we want. We'd outscore everyone with him getting double figures from centre mid, a proper playmaker and a boss striker with two good wingers.

I like Gylfi, he's obviously a good Premier League player. We can't be made up with him though while at the same time slagging the RS off for Mané and Wijnaldum. Both had better seasons.

Feel like we should be aiming higher.

Alright then off of last season, Southampton and you could argue Leicester. Don't believe they have anyone behind the striker, as a 10 (Mahrez isn't a 10) as good as him.

I know transfer fees have gone beserk mate, but we've had loads on here laughing their heads of at the RS for bidding £25m for the Dutch lad at Newcastle, who IMO is a good player, just wouldn't want him for £25m though, same with Sigurdsson.

I'm not saying he's not a good player or that he isn't good enough to improve our team.

Just that I think there are plenty of clubs with more quality in that position.

Arsenal
United
City
Chelsea
West Ham

I don't think it's an unreasonable point to make given our ambitions.

If I had to make a choice between the 2, then It would just be Sigurdsson, just got a bit more to his game than the Dutch lad.
