If we forget that Everton won't be spending serious moeny in January anyway, even then Yarmolenko signing makes no sense.

He plays almost exclusively on the right and we have Deulofeu, Mirallas and Lennon who all operate there.

Please retire Yarmz, put us all out of our misery.

We also have three more FA Cup winners in the form of Kone, Joel and McCarthy.

Mirallas won the title/everything over in Greece with Olympiacos. Deulofeu has come through the ranks of the most successful club on the planet. Funes-Mori won the title in Argentina with River Plate. Cleverley won the title and FA Cup at United.

There are plenty of winners in that squad.

He really would be, pretty much a Pienaar-lite (with the potential to be much better). Weird that Simeone would let him go though, he's been a real regular in that team. Are there any links (not jarg) knocking about?

Torres links do seem to have credibility. Hope he ends up at a good club and not some no-mark out in Russia (or Ukraine... unless he's Kyiv's Yarmolenko replacement...). Fantastic little player that would be ideal if that's the type of playmaker Bobby wanted. Would love him here
