yeah, that's not exactly the best example here. where is the evidence? we are 10 days before the start of the new season and haven't signed anyone yet. But if that was the case does anyone believe a starting lineup of Joel, Baines, Coleman, Williams, Jagielka, Barry, McCarthy, Barkley, Deulofeu, Mirallas, Lukaku is not good enough to beat Spurs with a coach who actually understand tactics?

I just think that it is a shame that we haven't taken the opportunity to make a statement. One of our main priorities was to keep hold of Rom and Stones this summer, and I think if we would've made a couple of big signings, it could've convinced our top talents that we are a club going places. Unfortunately, we haven't done this and the likes of Stones and Rom are now looking to jump ship fast.
