I don't think so, nice as it would be.

Didn't Draxler join Wolfsburg from Schalke? I think they put fair bit of cash injection into the team. He was linked with a lot of top teams before that move and yet joined them so who knows. Likely Jarg.

Chelsea’s attempts to unsettle Romelu Lukaku have infuriated Everton, who are ready to take the same stance they adopted with John Stones 12 months ago by refusing to sell.

Though Chelsea remain confident they will take their former player back to Stamford Bridge with an offer of £65million plus Loic Remy, Everton say they have yet to receive any kind of contact — nor do they intend to encourage it.

Lukaku has been agitating for a move for most of the summer, frequently speaking about it, but it is Everton’s intention to keep him and they have opened talks about extending his contract, which has three years to run.

Anderlecht (2009-11): 73 games, 33 goals

Chelsea (2011-14): 15 games, 0 goals

West Brom (loan): 38 games, 17 goals

Everton (loan): 33 games, 16 goals

Manager Ronald Koeman is rebuilding his squad and wants to retain Lukaku so the club are prepared to be as obdurate as when they dealt with Chelsea over Stones last year.

Over two months Chelsea had four bids rebuffed — the last being £37m — and Everton would not buckle, despite Jose Mourinho, John Terry and Gary Cahill all speaking publicly about Stones.

They have not been as aggressive this time but Cheslea manager Antonio Conte hinted that he ‘thought something might happen’ in the transfer window.

A rumoured offer of £65million plus Loic Remy is said to be on the table for Everton

Stones’ future remains up in the air, with Manchester City not yet returning with an improved bid.

Everton still expect to complete a £10m deal for Swansea’s Ashley Williams and have enquired about Southampton captain Jose Fonte and Crystal Palace’s Scott Dann.

Swansea hope to conclude a £6m deal for Sevilla striker Fernando Llorente, who wants a pay-off from Sevilla before he moves.

Antonio Conte hinted that he thought something might still happen in the transfer window

Meanwhile the Welsh club are ready to accept £20m from West Ham for Ghana striker Andre Ayew, who is eager to move to London.

West Ham’s Diafra Sakho is joining West Brom for £16m, subject to a medical.

Stoke are hoping to beat Crystal Palace to the signing of West Brom striker Saido Berahino for £22m. If they get him, they are likely to end their interest in Fenerbahce’s former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie.

I'm sure last season Everton used Doninic King to get these stories out from the Everton angle whilst Chelsea used every other London based journo to unsettle Stones - just like now. Notice how all the journos writing the Lukaku stories are away with Chelsea at the moment.

In fairness to Chelsea, nobody from the club has made any statements about Lukaku, unlike they did last year with Stones. Its all just the london rags.
