The delusion from Evertonians is laughable. A huge majority of you need to give your heads a wobble - we do not have a £100m war chest, we are not rich - Moshiri isn't even anywhere near the richest investors in the PL. We will not sign players of the calibre of Mata/Witsel etc. This squad is NOT good enough. Lukaku poor, Stones poor, Barkley average, McCarthy utter turd etc. inconsistency all around...it needs an entire restructuring which we simply cannot complete. Why haven't we spent any money? That's because we don't bloody have it. Where did this £100m figure come from? The Mirror?

Without creative midfieldet we are nothing. We can't play always these british lads like McCarthy, Barry, Gibson, there is no magic, there is jo creativity in the midfield.

Teams like Norwich or Swansea can play like that, but not Everton with ambitions. I think it should be our most important signing. Sometimes when I watch McCarthy and the others in our midfield I want to vomit, and one Barkley can't change it.

I completely agree with the 'new midfielder' shouts.

Gana looked really good today (that rush of blood penalty tackle aside of course..!), but he needs a creative force alongside him.

Barry did well but he's clearly not got the legs anymore.

Switch Barry for Witsel or Carvalho and that team immediately looks better.

Rom looks off the pace and I'd even be tempted to go with Geri up top and Lennon on the right next Saturday; we've looked our most threatening in pre season with Geri as the main striker.
