Internet foruming isn't for you angel delight, I fear for your sanity. Information is passed on in good faith, upto you how you process it.

If you are ready to believe anybody on the internet without realising the multitude of things that can change between info changing hands then that's on you. Fume about lack of signings by all means but get over the obsession with Esk mate.

has Angel Delight left/been banned and changed user name?

'...people clinging to his every word' etc.

Hmmmm....

It's intriguing that you seem to somehow see fit to deride members of the forum/fanbase on an almost constant...you're also saying there's little indication of any ambition at all. How would you know mate? Is that guesswork by chance? If so that'd be the very thing you're accusing ESK of, yes?

Odd.

It's almost like you see no positivity attached to the club whatsoever. Why's that mate? :bye:
Because this summer there has been very little to be positive about. It's quite simple.

We can beat spurs mate, but given the respective state of both squads at seasons end they have addressed areas they needed to - mainly the depth, we haven't addressed any of our much longer problem areas.

Not disagreeing with that mate but there's plenty of time.

If we haven't done it by the end of the window then I'll be worried.

Why Stones Jagielka? Jagielka Mori was a way better partnership.

Unless he leaves Stones - Jagielka is the first choice partnership. Mori is just too rash at times (a lot moreso than Stones but it rarely gets pointed out), Jagielka adds more balance and Stones helps us going forward a lot more than we realise.

That's of course not counting for Williams coming in.

Mori might be rash but he brings a lot to the side, Stones can be rash, he made some idiotic moves last season, beside Mori has goals in him, which is rather important to us.

Stones also brings a lot to the side... the amount of times he got Coleman out of trouble yesterday...

He makes far less mistakes than Mori as well. Mori can't help himself diving in, for example. Stones - Jags should be the first choice (with the players we currently have available) - you play your best players... Stones is better than Mori.

It is understandable why some fans are starting to get restless. Evertonians have gotten their hopes up in the past, only for them to be dashed. Transfer window disappointment is something that we are used to. So the longer things drag on, the more fans will say "its business as usual".

That coupled with the fact we have witnessed some terrible takeovers at other clubs that have failed to live up the expectation.

Against that back drop, perhaps the club could communicate better with their fans. That is really difficult and if I'm honest, I don't know what they can say. Last week we were told to expect a busy week and then nothing really materialised with the exception of Gueye.

They can't confirm how much we have to spend and it would be distasteful to talk about other clubs players, regardless of how advanced talks are.
