Unless he destroys the league and we double the fee we paid for him it'll be his last and only big move. He's 26 turning 27. If he signs for us it will be as good as it gets for him.

The age thing won't matter. Players play well past their prime for marketing aspects. That's kinda what the league is based on. More than anything I just want him gone. Not sure about that though since Howard would be a DP or whatever it's called. Plus Howard's not getting any younger. I imagine if they want him they'll want him in time for the new season.

Ukrainian footy journalist says that if it's between us and Dortmund for Yarmolenko, he think's he would choose us.
"Returning to the comparison, "Everton" and "Borussia" I think, "Everton" is preferable because there is much more realistic to become a team leader.Great for confidence before moving on to a top club."
Not a fan of that final sentence from the European knobhead though.

I mean if he comes here, tears it up then goes to Real, Barca, Bayern that's fine by me. we'd likely double our money and have got a great season or two out of himUkrainian footy journalist says that if it's between us and Dortmund for Yarmolenko, he think's he would choose us.

''21 million''"big move"
All top moves, if we manage to pull them off I'd be more than happy.I might be slow here, but from today's BBS Sport gossip page:
"Leeds United's 22-year-old full-back Sam Byram has passed a medical at Goodison Park and will be presented as an Everton player on Monday. (Daily Star)
Everton's Steven Naismith has agreed to join Norwich in an £8m deal. Selling the 29-year-old Scottish forward will free up funds to bid for Dynamo Kiev's 26-year-old winger Andriy Yarmolenko.(Mirror)"

Didn't Arteta go to Arsenal at 29? Not saying they are bigger but they are on course to win the league, like...He's 26 turning 27. If he signs for us it will be as good as it gets for him.
That was due to the length of his contract. If we sign Yarmolenko we won't have to think about selling until 30 just due to how long he'll be contracted.Didn't Arteta go to Arsenal at 29? Not saying they are bigger but they are on course to win the league, like...
