There seems to be no fight , no pace, no pressing, nothing that you associate with Everton.. His first season was good... So why the hall has he changed it? It's insane... If we had a similar season to his first... We would get CL. If a team scores goals, is winning and looks solid ..... WHY CHANGE IT? It's basically the same players ...

Yes, think we had a 13-14m budget for a striker this window with a few possible options, one bid failed and the other succeeded.

Let's just hope we made the right choice!

Know the price it isn't really anything in the modern game for a striker and the odds would suggest Martinez is due an expensive flop of a transfer but would be so good to have a genuine backup for Rom!

I have not missed a game on TV in 6/12 years.... I used to be on the edge of my seat all game every game screaming at the TV for every throw in... If we lost I would be in a sh1t mood all weekend...

I can understand where you coming from mate.

Think im on the border of that myself, made up when we won, happy when the pens went in, but no jubilation that i necessarily had after the city game for example.

Not really.. At the end I was and I didn't want Roberto... But I loved his first season and actually thought that finally we would be progressing every year and good times were ahead... I love his idea of buying young players and I enjoyed watching them.... But the style of play has changed from his first year and now it's like watching paint dry...
