Swine flu didn’t stop sport and Ebola didn’t reach the UK.
Stadiums may be closed in the next few weeks. Sport in Italy is closing down. Travel band are being brought in.
No crowds = no money.
Go games = no tv money.
However it will affect all teams equally, so we won’t be disadvantaged relative to others.

Ebola did reach the UK.

Everyone will have forgotten corona virus exists by June 10th.

Well exactly, but if its spread is to be halted, then large gatherings will have to be banned.
In short, stadia will be closed in the next few weeks and whilst it will help to stop the spread of the virus, who knows what financial impact itr will have on clubs?
Don't want to turn this into a virus discussion, rather than transfer one, but just to be clear, the spread cannot be halted, only slowed. Think the strategy is to slow the spread till Spring/Summer, when it should slow again, naturally. That way, the NHS won't get all the extra patients in one big lump, and a bit more might be known about the effectiveness of antiviral drugs.

My guess is that the odd weekend of games could be postponed, or more likely the occasional match in a particular hot-spot.

Will corona virus impact transfers?
If the games get halted, will the sponsorship and tv rights still get paid?

No effect on sponsorship because most game will still be available on tv. Which is the intended target for commercial exposure.

Gate receipt will be severely affected if the virus spread enough to ban all public gathering.
