May be good to bring in Italians also to freshen up the club mentality. They surely would want to play for Ancelotti.

He is 22 , has about 100 premiership appearances to his credit... loaning him makes no sense.

Agree it certainly looks that way.

Ancelotti will know all the up and coming players from the years below.

We were in for one in Jan i think, a full back and italian youth international but he extended his contract.

Hope he can do a Wenger and bring some of his young countrymen over.

What happened to Lozano? Everyone loved him the other year. Is he abit crap now?

Overhyped off a World Cup and good season in Holland. People tried to say he was better than Pulisic. Bunch of loons. Luckily Brands knew the score.

City dont mess around with signings...complete opposite to us...Ferran and Ake are 2 superb signings for reasonable fees. Everton/Brand will only start to sign mediocre players closer to the end of the window...and we will have another season of disappointments...anyhow its summer and its sunny!!!

It's winter where I am, but it is sunny. But Ake will be a great player for them.

He'd be a very astute signing on loan with a buy clause if we could somehow get it...

Not Through want of trying

Moshiri and Brands have been complete failures. I'm hoping I'm wrong about Carlo. I think he still has the appetite and is fully on board with the project. I just worry that he hasn't got the motivational skills or the pulling power he once had. We saw all this with Pellegrini.
