What happened to Lozano? Everyone loved him the other year. Is he abit crap now?

There has still be whispers, he had an up and down season at Napoli. Napoli have had a bid turned down for Jeremie Boga, who we have also been linked with as well. The italian media feel that if Napoli get Boga we will get Lozano probably around £34m

Elaborate.

You wrote he was overhyped after 1 good season and a WC?

He had been hyped in Pachuca + first season at PSV and then the 2nd you mention...1 in 2 from wide left/right.

At Napoli he was integrated as a sub and centre forward. Its not his position...hes no Richarlison, hes an actual wide player.

Pulisic has a 1 in 3 record for Chelsea...yes hes younger but hugely overhyped and wasnt first choice for Dortmund when Chelsea signed him.

I think its peculiar that you assassinate a wide player as overhyped when he played a handful of games wide and the rest out of position in a new country...but then compare with a hugely overhyped player who, so far in his career has done very little.

Can you imagine the commentators' confusion if we sign Braithwaite and Everton? "Now it's Everton for Everton... Everton corner taken by Braithwaite onto the head of Branthwaite.."

Commentators are easily confused, I remember Steve Watson frequently being refereed to as Dave Watson. Dave retired in 2000 and we signed Steve Watson in 2000 and he played for us till 2005

Im hoping its a loan with a buy option.

As much as i rate him, Ancelotti played him as a 2nd striker alot or sub and if hes not wide the signing makes no sense.

Doubt were in for him under Ancelotti.

Some good options from abroad at our two most deficient positions at various values (all from transfermarkt):
CM - Diadie Samassekou (Hoffenheim) 13.2M
CM - Marc Roca (Espanyol) 17.6M
CM - Lewis Ferguson (Aberdeen) 1.6M
CM - Konrad Laimer (Leipzig) 30.8M
CM - Morgan Sanson (Marseille) 24.7M
CM - Djibril Sow (Frankfurt) 10.45M

RM - Brais Mendez (Celta de Vigo) 13.2M
RM - Cengiz Under (Roma) 26.4M
RM - Samu Castillejo (Milan) 12.1M
RM - Abdou Harroui (Sparta Rotterdam) 2.5M
RM - Youcef Atal (Nice) 22M
RM - Remi Oudin (Bordeaux) 10M
I'm with you there alot of good value there.

So, is the idea to have Richarlison and DCL on the pitch at all times?

I ask because if Carlo prefers a 4-3-3, that likely only leaves Walcott's position to be improved, no?
