I mean goodness me youre so wrong about him being out of position it just doesnt make any sense.
The boy has 11 games worth of mins with only 10 starts. Hes scored 4 goals with most of that time as a support forward...not in his actual position.
Rounded over a season thats 14 goals btw in Italy during a terrible season for Napoli.
Yet hes overrated lol
Pulisic's 9 goals would be eclipsed by Lozano if he was in that team and got the same game time.

Hes a very lucky boy to have Lampard put his faith in youth. If he joined Everton he'd have probably been struggling as a £60mil odd signing.

I'm not wading into the debate on the merits of each player against the other , primarily because I haven't seen enough of Lozano , but come on Zat you usually know your stuff, are you honestly saying that you've not been impressed with Pulisic under Lampard ?
To me he looks a fantastic player.
By the way - have I missed something ? Where is this talk of a £40 m double deal for Allan and Lozano coming from ?

Lozano was called out as being overrated and a comparison with Pulisic was made.
I found this to be ironic as Pulisic has been massively overrated for 5 years as a 'wunderkind' who will supposedly become one of the best players in the world.
When a player has delivered as much as Lozano in Holland, Europe and Internationally and still scores 4 in 11 (games worth of mins) when played out of position in a turbulent Napoli season...
...i find it bizarre to say hes overrated and then compare him to Pulisic of all players who has been playing under the right manager in a very strong side.
As @Paul Rideout wrote, Henry and Bergkamp werent successful in Italy, were they overrated as well or was it the wrong league for them?
id like to see Lozano on loan with a view to buy option included.
Who knows what the circumstances of the signing were. Was it a DOF, owner or manager signing?
Was Ancelotti just trying to give him time on the pitch to adapt?
Was it because he was trying to fit in an expensive player?
Who knows...id like to see Lozano on the right for us.
