Yeah I meant to have put Rodriguez a bit further forward infront of allan/doucoure - the tip of a midfield 3.

I think we should try a Pickford + cash for Donnarumma swap deal. Hes only got a year on his contract and Milan may fancy Englands keeper.

Hopefully we can move on him in Jan with a precontract deal.

On Romero, it isn’t the most extravagant link but neither was Martyn and he was easily the best keeper we have had since Nev. I work with a few United fans and they have always had good things to say about him. He seems a solid choice at the right price. By all accounts he’s too good to be a number 2 never mind a 3 behind both De Gea and Henderson.

Just getting a few players off the wage bill would be a massive help. £100,000 a week equates to £5m a year. Even £30,000 a week is like £1.5m a year.

I've read different things.

There can't be an option to buy as he's out of contract at the end of the season and he'd be free.. unless it's possible for Real to have a clause that says if we sign him after the loan we have to pay them x amount, although I wouldn't be sure if that would be legal.

Its been mentioned a few times that he struggles to play regular games due to his knees.

Probably not an ideal issue for a keeper

Imagine having southall nowadays. He’d be worth about 20 points a season.
