Every one of them links might be jarg. But the calibre or at least the size of the names we’re being linked is much higher now than it has been previously... the Ancelotti factor...

Initially with likes of Koulibaly (his stock wasn't so high then), but it faded considerably.

We lost a lot of credibility with Allardyce and Silva.

I'd go all out for, say, Thomas Partey from Atletico. Would be a huge ask to get him for all the usual reasons, but I think Ancelotti gives us a chance if we offer massive wages. We do still need Moshiri's much-longed-for statement signing, and he'd be one.

Pickford will be No1 next season imo I dont think its as pressing as other positions.I would rather he wasnt but I think other positions are more important.
