Birds of a feather flock together
Matthew Pennington is 26 years old. That is all.
Who gave him the three year deal? The pe teacher.

I wouldn't count Simms, as he's yet to make the bench this season so it's 29 really.GK: Pickford / Olsen / Virginia / Lössl
RB: Coleman / Kenny
LB: Digne / Nkounkou
CB: Keane / Holgate
CB: Mina / Godfrey / Branthwaite
CM: Allan / Doucoure / Gomes / Sigurdsson / Davies / Delph / Gbamin / Besic
RW: James / Iwobi
LW: Richarlison / Bernard / Gordon / Bolasie
ST: Calvert-Lewin / Tosun / Simms
TOTAL: 30
Still need a striker. Must be someone from Championship coming in, otherwise releasing Kean makes no sense.
I see 2 flaws in your cunning planIf Godfrey turns out and Olsen is only an average keeper, we will have done bonkers business this window for an amazing price. We dont need a top keeper right now, we just need an average one. With just an average GK we probably have only given up 2 goals and have a GD of 10.
It would literally just take one more window like that to turn the squad into one of the most imposing in the league. Think about next season our squad looking like:
Goalkeepers:
Virginia
SUPER GK
Defenders:
SHINY NEW LB
Coleman
Holgate
Godfrey
Keane/Mina
Branthwaite
Digne
Nkounkou
Midfielders:
Allan
Gbamin
Doucoure
Gomes
NEW UP AND COMING CM
Delph
Forwards:
Richy
James
DCL
Gordon
SUPER WINGER
DCL's competition
Iwobi
Plus, we would have sold Mina/Keane, Pickford to pay for moves and freed up money from Tosun,Bolasie, Bernard, Besic, Siggy.
We must destroy spurs and united this season for being bitter and denying two good lads to get on with their careers on spite.
King would be ideal. He would do a job when called upon and he can play across the front three so he'd be cover for both Walcott and Kean. He's also different to DCL which is nice. Maybe send Branthwaite the other way on loanWon’t be proper here. We can’t sign anyone other than those from the Championship. That leave us Josh King. 9 months left in his contract. Can play in the front 3 and do a job as back-up. A small fee like £10m with £2m add ons will do. 2 years deal with a year option.
I think he only scored 2 for Valladolid ,so yes a mistake lolI was looking at the 'stats' for Sandro; I know he's poor but this has to be a mistake... three goals in sixty-nine games?

And then have a problem trying to shift him next summer when we realize we need better back upWould love that. Be a really astute signing for not a lot of coin. Strong, powerful and fast and can play on the wings and upfront.
So what’s with the big deal made on sky n all with super dipper deadline day then
My wife would go mental if I revealed details ,but a good time was had by allWhat happened last night

Maybe Kean going means Raoila owes us a favourWould be surprised if Carlo was happy with losing Kean and Walcott and not replacing them with anyone. Leaves us light on forward options.
Edison Cavani would like a word mate lolThe Wilshere deal is an interesting one.
Has this happened before? Wonder what percentage of his outstanding contract they settled on?
Could set a new president.
We’ve all known for decades that football finance is out of control, unsustainable, lunacy etc.. this pandemic may well be the final straw for a lot of clubs, here & worldwide..
A few clubs with billionaire owners still splashing cash, but the market for players on big contracts on the way down will be severely limited.
How many Championship clubs could pay even half of what Tosun, Bolasie & Besic will be on?
Wouldn’t be surprised to see players pushing for termination settlements now & taking their chances as free agents.
