I mean logically if Bernard actually created more chances those two would score more than just having him draw defenders or whatever.

Of Richarlison 10 league goals. 8 have been scored in games Bernard didn’t play

And of the 13 DCL has scored. 8 of his goals have been scored with Bernard not in the team.

Maybe it’s the way he shouts from the bench.
