Mattias Svanberg. Bologna cm. Marcos Senesi. feyenoord cb. Emerson. Betis/barca rb. All toung players not really sure on senesi but wouldnt surprise me to see us go for svanberg as another option at cm while we get another to partner gomes.

Neither really got an opportunity at Chelsea nor Lukaku - this lad however has stunk the gaff out and been questionable off the field - completely different circumstances.

Kean has only played 200 more mins for us than Lukaku did for Chelsea.

There are always reports Messi is unhappy. It’s usually before he gets given a new deal for more money. He will never leave Barca. He has too much say there to ever go anywhere else.

Howard was miles ahead of Joel. Howard was a good keeper at Everton unlike Joel who was a backup material in PL. Their career paths had proven that.

howard was bang average , and no I’m not remember him in his last years incase that’s what you’re thinking. In ten years playing for us I can remember 1 game whenat the end I thought “ if it wasn’t for Howard we would have got nothing “ was spurs away and I think we got a draw. He didn’t have a single “ southall” performance in his entire ten years here. Martyn has quite a few and was fantastic and the 0-0 derby when he somehow kept gerrards 6 yard pile driver out , was the best I can remeber from him. Even steak had one against city , a game where we were totally battered but somehow the keeper gets us something against all odds. Howard never did anything like that in his entire Everton career

Apart from martyn none of the keepers post southall have been good. If he was any good why did we not get any bids for him, not even a rumour of him interesting anyone. You can use his clean sheet stat to try say he was good but he played 10 years. He kept more clean sheets for us than nev and I know who I would want . He was not very good on crosses and got beat from range very easily. Seems every “ great goals “ compilation I see on Facebook or wherever , is littered with players scoring 30 yard volleys against us with Howard looking like a scare crow 6 yards off his line .

Love how Sky has us selling Mina to Valencia for 15 million and buying Hojberg for 35 million ;-(
Hojberg has 1 year left on his deal, told Southampton he wants out so most I d give would be 10 million and even then be over paying
