The problem is, as we found out with Hwang, is that of a player does well there they normally go onto Leipzig, who then charge a fortune to sell them
Problem being since Leipzig got into top division in Germany, they get first option to Salzburg players at mates rates. It's proper fraud behaviour but nothing seems to be done about it.
