We are 2 quality players from being a top team. One of the best managers in the world is building a team and there are cryarses wanting it yesterday.

No doubt we're frustrating as hell and without doubt crap teams have worked out that the best way to defend against us is to give away the ball on the edge of their own box and watch us pass it backwards to Pickford, but give it time lads.

Must admit I couldnt see it a few weeks ago , but the shouts and rumours for a centre back are fully justified now.
Holgate ....i honestly give up.
Godfrey is going to be a talent for us but is nowhere near the level we need atm.
The 1st goal is atrocious.
The 2nd both got sucked to the ball leaving Coleman in a no win with 2 Villa players .
Defo another good quality centre back needed.

Spurs just sacked Mourinho and they're looking at Scott Parker and Graham Potter. Would you rather have one of them than Ancelotti? We have been a midtable team for a few years and it's going to take a few years to sort. We look like finishing top half this year. If we can get top of the "best of the rest" next season and get Europe whilst bringing in 3 more players that will be more progress. Then the year after that hopefully we can try and compete for the Champions League places. But we are world's away from that at the moment, and a few decent away results don't change that fact.

I would take Potter. Look how Brighton play. The football is very nice. Much better than Everton. There finishing is awful but if they find 1 or 2 better finisher they will play for the first half of the table easy.

Only idiots fantasised about top 4. Have you watched Leicester and Chelsea? Light years ahead of us. Be satisfied with top 8 or 9.

Its just not one bad player this....we have a number of average players, who are not Prem standard...its not their fault. We do have good players, Godfrey and Richarlison (who will perform better with more quality around him). We must give carlo and brands the time to get better quality in.

Between them they've had over £20m worth of time already. That's over a year of all the money we've put through the gate since August 2019.

I'm not confident we finish top 8. Haven't been since about Feb.

Only Everton could turn a brilliant manager into a crap one. We get rid and we will be a laughing stock once again. You only have to look at all the managers we have had before him to know replacing him isn’t the answer, there’s more to this than to just keep replacing managers. We have paid a lot for crap players, money teams around us would dream for.

Do you think James Rodriguez would sign for Graham Potter? Do you think Allan would sign for Graham Potter? Everton are not a draw for any player at the top level, so we need a high profile manager to attract the players to improve us.
