Carlo out shouts are stupid right now

but, frankly he has been doing silly line ups and subs since the good xmas period, i am getting annoyed

What else can he do? The squad is simply not good enough. The fact that the same players have been at Everton for the last few years and are playing exactly like they always do should give it away.

With the exception of digne and Rodriguez, we are very much a mid-table side.

Stop with Rodriguez. He has played about 15 games. Mostly he is to slow and weak to play in the premier league. He will be of soon to a warmer and easier league!

When you're stuck with a midfield including Siggurdson, Iwobi, Gomes with Delph and Bernard as subs, there's a hell of a long way to go.
Our squad is pish. We've probably got 6 or 7 players worth holding onto.

At least this summer's window, plus another season, we'll see where we are.

Alex Ferguson took over a below average Man Utd squad in 86. He won the league for the first time in 93.

Great post mate and really puts it into perspective. I am as annoyed as anyone at having to watch this kind of result all season but Carlo is the man to move us forward otherwise we will end up with Eddie Howe or worse.

It’s not good enough for me given the money we have spent and that, but, it’s a complete anomaly this season without fans.

We've only changed 3 players from last year when we came 12th.

It would. Don’t think it would drastically change the performance though. Just a better chance of nicking a goal.

I wouldn’t have Iwobi, Gomes, Siggy, Holgate, Coleman, and based on his recent performances, Richy, from this lot. Just to add some perspective.

All the dodgy players had collective stinkers at the same time. No one came to the aid of the party. Tom Davies would have helped but Carlo never seems to do the obvious thing and brings on Delph instead. Delph.............!

So what's happened here is, everyone's got their hopes up a little bit after the win at Arsenal, had a few looks at the league table and thought about the possibilities on offer if we win our game in hand, then our best player's got injured in the warmup, one of our defenders has given away a goal for no reason, an ex-player has run the game for the opposition, and an unfortunate break of the ball has given them the victory. Great stuff.

On the plus side the cowards have bottled the season for us relieving them of any pressure so they will probably go and get two/three victories now when no-one gives a flying one!!
