I think the issue is twofold. First, Godfrey and Holgate dont work, because both are similar types of young players who lack experience. Godfrey and Keane I think would be a fantastic pairing. Ideally you want one dominant but probably less agile older more experience player, and then one quick CB to complete the pairing. Second, Gomes and Siggy on the same field dont work. Its too slow and too much of a luxury except against the very bottom teams. Allan is just left out by himself and if he misses a tackle or has to cross the entire field we are caught out.

We desperately need to score one and then replace one of Siggy and Gomes to take this one, IMO.

Got shot down the other week on here about godfrey. He's still very norwichy. Long way from being what some on here think he is.
