I liked the team initially but it was clear after half time - to attack digne on the right. And we did that. So we should have started the game that way.

I like Gray, and Townsend is ok, but they are very Rafael players, and Gray seems like he can only score on a counter, and townsend is as he's showing only good enough for bottom half of the table clubs.

we really screwed up selling digne and James, and not getting a central midfielder in.

We should also be playing 3 in the middle. Gomes, Allan, Doucoure. Gray, DCL up top Richarlison as the forwards.

I really can't stand the guy. I even like Luis Suarez more than Gerrard, and that tells you all you need to know. For a dude that slipped up in the title race, i'd expect a bit more humbleness.

Kenny was blatantly scared and Holgate got away with a few mistakes. Some his passing was awful too.

That never cost us our defeat, it was another set piece blunder, ?

True, although they both snatched at chances. Definitely need a bit more composure across the team. Doucoure had a perfect opportunity to put Richy 1 on 1 with Martinez and made an absolute hash of it.

Yeah he passed to early should have carried on running towards goal and then squared it to Richarlison.

Mate, he is a RS. He then went to Rangers. He hates every thing to do with Everton. He is the epitome of Houlding.

We need to pull ourselves out of this mess. No point in blaming slippy for the history in the past few years.

Obviously, I am happy with the 3 points but a draw would probably have been a fair result. Definitely a game of 2 halves. Dunc got a bit of spirit back but tbh some of the Everton passing was awful, more quality needed for sure. I don't believe u will go down but the form is worrying and I am not sure Dunc is the right man, even to the end of the season. He is great at rolling the sleeves up coaching but to get the best from DCL and Richy needs a bit more than that. I can't understand why Gordon was dropped, was by far the best player when he came on and changed the balance of the game.
